New online appointment booking service for Business & Professional accounts

Bath Building Society is now offering an online appointment booking service for people looking to talk to our Business & Professional account specialists.
For customers who would prefer to talk directly with the team but can’t get into a Branch, online appointment booking offers video or telephone call options.
To book an appointment online, simply review our Business, Professional and Charity accounts and you will find the option to book an appointment at the bottom of each product page.
Choose the account you are interested in learning more about and pick a time to suit you from the drop down menu. You will then receive an email or text to confirm the appointment with a member of our team.
Our Trust, Pension and Client accounts are temporarily withdrawn from the market, but you can sign up for our newsletter to hear about new products as they become available.
Our customer service team is also available via live chat, email or telephone for all enquiries about our accounts and services.
