The Mortgage Charter

If you’re worried about paying your mortgage, we want to help. We’ve signed up to the government’s Mortgage Charter for borrowers who are struggling with their mortgage payments.
The Mortgage Charter is designed to give confidence to people worried about meeting their mortgage costs that real help is at hand. Society Members worried about their ability to pay their mortgage should not wait. We appreciate it is a worrying time and we want to support our Members. Check our Existing Customers FAQ’s for more information about how we can help if you are having trouble paying your mortgage, or contact our Mortgage Operations team to talk about practical ways forward in a confidential, non-judgemental way as soon as possible. Speaking with us has no impact on your credit rating and it will not appear on your credit report.
