Emma Davis
Chief Customer Officer
As Chief Customer Officer, Emma is responsible for leading the Society’s customer strategy, to deliver an excellent service to current and future Members, spearheading the Society’s digital customer experience.
Prior to joining the Society Emma built a successful career in operations and joined the Society from a leading financial planning and advice firm, where she provided operational management, alongside completing a Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice. One of Emma’s proudest moments was being named as a finalist in the national Professional Adviser ‘Women in Financial Advice Awards’ for three successive years.
Outside of work, Emma is a an avid supporter of rugby (Bath obviously), Formula 1, Moto GP, and sailing – with Lego being her guilty pleasure!
