Peter Dossett
Chief Risk Officer
Peter joined the Society in 2024 as our first Chief Risk Officer, responsible for ensuring the Society manages its risks appropriately.
Peter brings a wealth of financial services experience with him, including Building Society roles, as well as insurance and financial advice firms and originally as a credit analyst covering the UK and European mortgage sector. He has been responsible for developing new risk frameworks as well as providing support and challenge to these businesses to help them take well balanced risks.
Away from work Peter lives in North Wiltshire with his wife and two young children. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, in particular cycling the lanes of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire and has recently started helping coach a youth football team.
