You can register and manage your account via this website. Click on the Bath Online link to get started by clicking ‘register’.
Existing customers will need to confirm if they have already registered for our Mobile App.
You will need to read the terms and conditions before clicking the check box to confirm you agree.
Select ‘Business, Charity or Trust Account’ on the Account Type Selection screen.
Complete and confirm your personal details including your account number. This is not the account details but your personal information.
If you have multiple accounts, please only enter one account number to register. Once registered, you will be able to view all your accounts.
You will then receive a registration letter via post and email. This letter with contain your Unique ID. You will need to enter this to continue with your registration.
Once you’ve entered your Unique ID, you will be asked to enter your email address. This will be used as your username. You will be emailed a code to verify the email address you’ve entered.
You will then be prompted to create a 6 digit PIN and 12 digit Password that you will use to login. We recommend making a note of this information and keeping it in a safe place.
That’s it, you’re done. You will then be taken back to the login screen where you can login using the details you’ve just created.
