Jon Harrison
Head of Savings Operations
As Head of Savings Operations, Jon oversees our Savings customer service teams, focusing on enhancing the customer experience for Members and new customers.
Before joining the Society, Jon attended the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst. He started his financial services career as a cashier at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he progressed through various roles to become an Area Director. Jon also worked as a Regional Manager in the regulated later life sector.
Jon enjoys attending live sporting events and over the years has been fortunate enough to watch UK & GB international teams in overseas sporting competitions including cricket, football, rugby, horse racing and netball.
