Bereavement guidance

When someone dies the administration can be overwhelming. If you are dealing with a Bath Building Society savings account, we will do all we can to make the process as simple as possible for you.

To let us know about the death of a Member, you can can call 01225 330014 or email savings@bibs.co.uk with any questions. Our customer service team will offer support and practical guidance to help you through this difficult time.
