Have Your Say

Being a Member of Bath Building Society means you’re not just a customer. The Society belongs to our Members, so your voice is important to us and we want to know what you think. This is your opportunity to help us shape the future of your Society by sharing your thoughts about our products, services and community work.

We host regular ‘Meet the CEO’ Member Forums at our Head Office in Bath. And we’ve also launched an online Member Panel, available for both savings and mortgage Members (aged 18 or over) to share feedback via email from the comfort of your own home. There’s a lot of exciting business change initiatives taking place across the Society right now so it’s the perfect time to get involved and really make a difference. We want to hear from Members who use our Branches, as well as Members who use the Mobile App and online services.

What our Members say

Colleague talking on the phone

“The Member Forum was set up to seek feedback from savers and borrowers. It gives us reassurance as Members and shows the Society are interested in our views and where appropriate, they act on the feedback received.”

Roger Penny, Savings Member

Colleague talking on the phone

“The Members Forum we attended allowed us access to the Society’s senior management team and ask them questions about the organisation’s strategic aims and commitment to the city of Bath. The forum proved to be a very inclusive event with a good exchange of information and we would attend again.”

Dr & Mrs D G Sweetnam
