Wellbeing & Diversity Colleague Group

Through our Wellbeing and Diversity Colleague Group, we continuously work to promote and support a culture that celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing. The colleague group is open to everyone and plays an important role in ensuring all colleagues feel their voices can be heard and get involved in tackling some of the complex issues that will help us create a more inclusive culture.

    Diversity & Inclusion training

    To ensure an inclusive and welcoming workplace, we require all colleagues to complete diversity and inclusion training. This commitment to ongoing learning helps us cultivate a culture where every voice is heard, and everyone can thrive.

      Mental Health Aiders

      Our dedication to wellbeing is equally strong. With trained Mental Health Aiders and resources tailored to support both mental and physical wellbeing, we aim to provide all colleagues with the tools and support they need to succeed. We’ve also teamed up with R;pple Suicide Prevention to extend our mental health resources and offer further support in times of need.
