What our colleagues say

Graeme - Treasury analyst

“The people who work here are what has always made the Society a great place to be – everyone’s friendly and welcoming. It’s also a great place to learn – being smaller means that you have much more impact in your day-to-day job than you might elsewhere, and greater exposure to the how's and why's of decision-making is very helpful in building your knowledge and making you feel like a core part of the Society’s successes.”

Graeme - Treasury Analyst

Layla - Junior analyst

“I would describe the culture here as inclusive and personal. The best thing about working for Bath Building Society is the opportunity for growth and development. Personal development is encouraged and supported which allows colleagues to grow in their roles and pursue their ambitions.”

Layla - Junior Business Analyst

Nick - mortgage advisor

“The culture is supportive, collaborative and deeply customer focused, with a strong emphasis on integrity and teamwork. The Society genuinely invests in its employees, offering opportunities for growth.”

Nick - Mortgage Advisor

Olivia - Compliance Officer

“I love how supportive the business is in different areas of my job, such as project work, progression, and even in day-to-day work. We all have the opportunity to share our ideas to help improve the business.”
