We’re proud to be an overall sponsor of Team Bath, the sporting arm of the University of Bath.

Our current partnership focusses on the men’s National BUCs Super League, women’s BUCs Western 1A League, student rugby and Team Bath Tennis. In addition, we support the next generation of young athletes through the Netball Player Pathway, Team Bath Tribe and Team Bath Futures. Based at the £35 million elite sports training village at the University of Bath, young people and aspiring athletes train in inspirational facilities and are surrounded by world-class athletes from many sports.

Men's Rugby

The University of Bath Rugby programme caters for all abilities, from the national BUCS Super Rugby league to recreational rugby. They strive to provide student rugby players with an environment and culture where they can progress towards their sporting and educational goals, establish lasting friendships and enjoy the experience.

Women's Rugby

Bath University’s women’s rugby welcomes players of all abilities – from those who have never touched a rugby ball before to players who wish to compete at a high level. They compete in the BUCS Western 1A league, 2nd XV and development fixtures, host ‘inner warrior’ camps and have strong links with Bath Rugby Ladies.

Netball

The Team Bath Netball programme is responsible for England Netball’s Player Pathway in the South West region, aimed at providing local young athletes with direct access to an elite training environment. Athletes represent Team Bath in the U23/feeder league, compete in the National Performance League (NPL) and additional Player Development Programmes (PDPs).

Tennis

A thriving community tennis programme, delivering coaching and classes to suit everyone from a Performance Mini Tennis programme for kids to learn the fundamentals of the game through to a Regional Performance Development Centre, in partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association, an international Under 18s Academy and a pro team playing professional events worldwide, including Grand Slams.

Tribe

We firmly support Team Bath’s belief that children and young people in our local community should have every opportunity to enjoy sport in a fun and safe environment. Catering for children from two year’s old, trained coaches introduce children to new sports and develop skills as they progress. Activities include after school and weekend clubs, bespoke coaching for sports people aged 10-18 through the Futures programme as well as School holiday activities.
